Logan Harderson
Logan Harderson joined The Roop Law Firm as an Associate Attorney in November 2025. A proud Arkansas native, Logan brings a strong background in criminal defense,
nonprofit law, and legal research to the firm’s growing practice.
Logan earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2025. During law school, he served as a Student Attorney with the Community, Rural, Enterprise, and Development Legal Clinic, where he led clients through the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and provided strategic guidance on compliance with IRS standards. He also gained courtroom and case preparation experience as a Rule 15 Student Attorney at Liberty-Ellington Law and Mediation PLLC, assisting in criminal defense matters and client communications.
Before law school, Logan graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of the Ozarks, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in American Studies and Psychology. His early work experience includes positions in university administration, legal internships in Washington, D.C., and leadership roles in civic organizations, reflecting a deep commitment to community engagement and public service.
Logan is passionate about legal advocacy, client communication, and strategic case development. In law school, he excelled in Trial Advocacy, where his team earned top honors for criminal defense litigation.
Outside of the office, Logan enjoys spending time in the Arkansas outdoors, staying engaged in local civic initiatives, and continuing to expand his legal expertise.
